Role ObjectiveThe Solutions and Sales Operations Associate provides essential operational and administrative support to the Account Management function. The candidate will support the Account Manager, to coordinate across internal functional teams—including Technology, Quality, Operations, and Finance—to ensure seamless account management. The primary focus is to act as a bridge, ensuring client expectations are aligned with internal delivery and that account health is proactively monitored and flagged for any risks.Core Responsibilities- Financial Tracking: Support the Account Manager/Client Partner in monitoring overall account health by tracking revenue numbers, assisting with monthly billing reconciliations, and organizing financial data for reporting. - Timeline Monitoring: Maintain structured trackers for client requests and internal tasks; proactively monitor timelines and flag potential delays or risks. - Reporting: Create and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports for internal reviews and client updates. - Operational Support: Partner with internal teams (Finance, Tech, Quality, Ops) to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and managed across all internal functions. - Sales Support: Assist the Account Manager/Client Partner in conducting client-specific research and preparing data-driven PowerPoint presentations and proposals for client engagements.Candidate Profile & Qualifications- Education: from a Tier 1 college OR B.Tech from a Tier 2 college. - Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or an analyst role (preferably within IT/BPO or Data Solutions). - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and the ability to build clean, professional PowerPoint decks. - Familiarity with Analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus. - Soft Skills: Clear Communication: Ability to relay information accurately between all stakeholders. - Organization & Vigilance: Strong time-management and organizational skills with an eye for spotting and flagging potential risks to client deliverables and account health. - Numerical Aptitude: Comfort working with financial numbers and basic revenue metrics.Role Details- Location: Remote / WFH (Preference for Chennai-based candidates for periodic in-person meetings). - Work Shift: Flexible hours to provide overlap with US time zones (Note: This is not a night shift). - Reporting to: Account Manager.
