Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US or Middle East or DomesticStaffing Head – Salesto lead our business development efforts in the staffing and recruitment domain. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise inclient acquisition, account management, and revenue growthwithin the staffing industry. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of IT staffing solutions, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.Key Responsibilities Drivenew business developmentby identifying and acquiring clients across industries for staffing services. Develop and executesales strategiesto achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Procurement teams. Partner with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements. OwnP&L responsibilityfor staffing sales and ensure profitability. Manage and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service agreements with clients. Stay updated onstaffing industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics .Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ yearsof experience in staffing/recruitment industry with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles. Strong track record inIT staffing salesand client acquisition. Proven ability to achieve and exceedsales & revenue targets . Excellent client networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen withP&L management experience . Ability to lead and inspire sales teams.
