This role is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys business development, client acquisition, and closing deals.You will be responsible for generating and following up with leads for hoardings, LED walls, and other high-visibility commercial advertising and connecting with brands, agencies, and local businesses.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation• Drive revenue through active sales and client acquisition• Pitch advertising solutions to brands, ad agencies, SMEs, and corporates• Close deals and meet monthly sales targets• Handle pricing discussions and campaign negotiations within approved frameworksLead Generation & Business Development• Generate leads via cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking• Identify and approach potential advertisers across industries• Maintain and update lead pipelines and follow-ups• Convert inquiries into confirmed advertising bookingsClient & Campaign Coordination• Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale• Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of campaigns• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business⸻Qualifications• Proven interest or experience in sales, marketing, or business development• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and cold outreach• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented• Proficiency in English and Tamil. Hindi is a strong advantage.• Must be willing to travel locally within Chennai
