This role owns the journey fromearly market entry to predictable revenue , working closely with Product, Presales, Marketing, and Sales teams. This is abuilder’s role —ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, launches products, creates demand, and personally drives deals while building winning sales motions from the ground up.Key DeliverablesNew Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for new products and features Define target segments, ICPs, pricing, packaging, and sales playsRevenue & Pipeline Ownership Own revenue targets for new products from launch to scale Build and manage early-stage pipeline and forecasting Personally handle strategic deals and key early customersSales Motion Design Design and refine sales messaging, positioning, and pitch decks Identify the right sales motion (enterprise, mid-market, PLG-assisted, etc.) Build and deliver customer demos, use cases, solution narratives from requirement understanding to proposed solution Transition products from new launch mode to core portfolioCross-Functional Leadership Act as the bridge between Product and Sales Provide structured feedback to Product on market response and gaps Partner with Marketing on launch campaigns and demand generationDesired Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software Sales 5+ years in senior sales or GTM leadership roles Strong B2B SaaS / Enterprise Product Sales experience Proven success launching and scaling new products or offerings Deep expertise in solution selling and consultative sales Strong executive presence and storytelling ability Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Prior experience in product launches, new markets, or new offerings Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market customers MBA or equivalent preferred (not mandatory Willingness to travel
