As a Sales Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives.Qualifications Proven sales and negotiation skills to identify business opportunities and close deals effectively. Experience with client relationship management and the ability to develop and maintain long-term partnerships. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex recruitment solutions clearly and persuasively. Basic knowledge of recruitment technology or related industry experience is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently meet sales goals. Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
