Don't sell "Software" to parents. Sell "Infrastructure" to Principals.C3 iT Xperts is a leading System Integrator for the Education sector in Chennai. We don't do cold-calling to parents. We deal directly with decision-makers (Principals, Trustees, and Deans) to upgrade their campus infrastructure (Smart Classrooms, Wi-Fi, Networking, CCTV).We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who loves the "Hunt."The Role:- Field Sales: 80% of your time will be spent visiting Schools and Colleges in Chennai. - Deal Closing: You will demonstrate our hardware solutions and close high-value deals (₹2L – ₹20L ticket size). - Relationship Management: Build trust with School Principals so they call you every time they need an upgrade. - Territory Ownership: You will own a specific zone in Chennai (e.g., OMR, Tambaram, or Central Chennai).✅ You are the Right Fit if:- You have 1–3 years of Field Sales experience (B2B preferred). - You own a Two-Wheeler and a valid license (Mandatory). - You are fluent in Tamil (to speak with staff) and English (to speak with Principals). - You are tired of "Target Pressure" for low-value products and want to sell high-value solutions with Uncapped Incentives.❌ Who Should NOT Apply:- People looking for a "Desk Job" or "Inside Sales." - People afraid of Chennai traffic or rejection. - Compensation: Industry Standard Fixed Salary + High Performance Incentives.
