Role: Sales Executive/ Senior Sales ExecutiveWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involvesproactively generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. Theideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, has strongcommunication skills, and is motivated to achieve targets.Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential customers through online databases, social media, referrals, and cold calling. - Reach out to prospective clients, present our products/services, and engage them in meaningful conversations. - Understand customer needs, pitch relevant solutions, handle objections, and convert leads into sales. - Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and ensure repeat business. - Update and maintain an accurate record of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system. - Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.Key Requirement:- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end sales. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. - Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads. - Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and other sales tools.
