The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing client accounts, handling end-to-end recruitment, and working closely with delivery teams to meet client hiring needs.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow key client accounts within the staffing domain - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure strong relationships - Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely closures - Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned accounts - Track hiring metrics, submissions, interviews, and closures - Ensure compliance with staffing processes and client SLAs - Identify opportunities for account expansion and new businessRequired Skills & Experience:- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a staffing/recruitment firm - Strong understanding of IT / Non-IT staffing processes - Experience handling multiple clients and high-volume hiring - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environmentPreferred Qualifications:- Experience working with contract and permanent staffing models - Exposure to vendor management systems (VMS) is a plus
