The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise inAmazon operations , a strong understanding ofglobal e-commerce ecosystems , and a proven track record of delivering significant business growth.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations onAmazon (Seller Central or Vendor Central)acrossUS, UAE, and European markets . Drive growth and profitability through strategic planning, product listings, pricing, promotions, and performance marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility, optimize logistics, and ensure seamless consumer experience. Track and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and deliver measurable ROI. Expand brand presence into new international marketplaces and channels. Candidate Profile Experience:5–8 years in e-commerce, with aminimum of 3 years hands-on experience on Amazon(Seller or Vendor Central). Market Exposure:Must have managedinternational marketplaces(US, UAE, and Europe). Performance:Proven track record ofscaling brands by 3x or moreon Amazon. Industry Background:Prior experience inBeauty, Personal Care, or FMCGcategories preferred. Strong analytical, commercial, and operational acumen with an ownership mindset. Not Preferred Candidates withonly agency-side experiencewithout brand ownership. Experience limited todomestic Indian marketplaces . Inability to demonstratespecific growth or ROI outcomes .
