Company DescriptionWe’re building the world’s first NDC (New Distribution Capability) for Hotels – transforming how hotels, corporates, travel agents, and TMCs contract, distribute, book, and settle B2B bookings.Role: Inside Sales Executive – B2B SaaSLocation: On-site (Navalur, Chennai) | Type: Full-time | Experience: 2–5 yearsRole OverviewYou’ll be part of our core inside sales team, responsible for closing B2B SaaS deals with hotels (supply-side) and corporates/agents/TMCs (demand-side). You’ll pitch our platform, conduct demos, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful onboarding. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and onboarding teams.Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential clients via outbound outreach and inbound leads - Conduct product demos and present solutions tailored to hotels or travel buyers - Close deals and ensure activation with support from the onboarding team - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM - Coordinate with marketing and product to refine messaging and customer fit - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targetsRequired Qualifications- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, hospitality tech, or travel technology - Proven track record in inside sales – managing remote demos, negotiations, and onboarding - Experience working with corporates, agents, hotels, or TMCs - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting - Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills - Based in or able to commute to Navalur, ChennaiPreferred Qualifications- Experience selling hotel tech (CRMs, channel managers, booking engines, etc.) - Familiarity with travel procurement, reconciliation, or payout systems - Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment - Immediate joiners preferredWhat You’ll Gain- Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives - Deep exposure to hospitality and fintech workflows - Work directly with founders and core product teams - Career growth opportunities in a fast-scaling SaaS company
