Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller Executive, located in Chennai. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves maintaining records of calls, updating customer information, and preparing reports. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage customer inquiries and generate leads Good negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English and Tamil is essential
