Position: Sales Officer – Institutional Sales Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities: Drive institutional sales by visiting companies, corporate offices, commercial establishments, NGOs and other institutions to generate leads and secure daily snack supply and bulk orders for the events. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business for events, festivals, and special occasions . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively developing new business opportunities. Conduct product presentations, sampling, and promotional activities with potential clients. Track customer requirements, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Prepare periodic sales reports and update management on market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution and client satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Institutional / B2B Sales, preferably in the Food & Beverages, Hospitality, or FMCG sector. Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil. Strong network with corporates, institutions, and event managers in Chennai. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage client expectations. Self-motivated, dynamic, and customer-focused professional.
