Job Description:

Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow sales of spare parts and auxiliary products for tyre curing machines. • Act as a one point contact for key customer accounts (domestic & international). • Develop account-specific strategies to achieve sales and service objectives. • Work closely with aftermarket service teams to ensure timely spare parts availability and support. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling spares and auxiliary solutions. • Conduct market analysis on competitors, pricing, and demand trends. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements with key customers. • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account profitability. • Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams for product availability and customization. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of tyre curing machines, spare parts, and auxiliary products. • Proven experience in aftermarket sales, spares marketing, or capital equipment industry. • Excellent relationship management and customer engagement skills. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to understand technical drawings, spare parts lists, and machine documentation. • Analytical skills for market intelligence and forecasting. • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (domestic & international).
