Enterprise Sales – Fresher (Print on Demand & E-Commerce)

About the Role Myxtur Lifestyle is looking for enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication skills to join our Enterprise Sales team as we grow in India’s print-on-demand and e-commerce space. This is a full-time, entry-level role designed for those eager to learn, grow, and contribute to customer acquisition and business expansion. The position provides exceptional learning opportunities and clear advancement paths within a fast-paced, innovative team. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential business clients in the e-commerce and custom merchandise industry. Manage the complete sales cycle – from outreach, product introductions, and demonstrations to onboarding new clients. Run outreach and engagement campaigns, mainly through email and phone, to communicate our unique value offerings. Stay up-to-date on market trends, client needs, and competitors to help shape sales strategies. Target and convert corporate customers for bulk and event gifting (festive, employee hampers, celebrations). Handle inbound and outbound B2B sales – from initial pitch to order completion. Work closely with operations to ensure prompt order fulfillment and high client satisfaction. Keep a well-organized pipeline and report regularly on outreach and client conversions. Share key customer and market insights with the product and marketing team. Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field (final-year students may also apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English (required). Passion for connecting with people and building relationships. Willingness to learn sales processes and software (training provided). Energetic, self-driven, and eager to achieve sales targets. Team player who adapts quickly and enjoys taking initiative. Confidence and ability to communicate clearly across all levels.
