Job Description:

Manager – Sales Digital Transformation 1. Strategic & Leadership Ownership: Drive the roadmap, and execution strategy for all sales digital platforms at Butterfly. Serve as a digital partner to sales leadership for rollouts & future enhancements and digital priorities. 2. Application Oversight & Governance: Provide complete ownership and oversight of SFA, DMS, and associated CP platforms. Ensure timely and high-quality execution of key initiatives and enhancements. Maintain visibility and progress tracking for all projects with regular reporting to senior stakeholders. 3. Vendor & Project Management: Own end-to-end coordination with technology partners to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with SLAs. Oversee vendor performance, milestone adherence, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to integrate digital tools within core operations. Serve as the primary liaison between sales users and tech vendors to ensure business needs are met effectively. 5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define KPIs and success metrics for platform performance and user adoption. Conduct regular analysis and reporting to leadership on digital performance and impact on sales efficiency. 6. Change Management & User Adoption: Lead change management and communication efforts related to new rollouts and updates. Capture and act on user feedback to ensure platforms remain business-relevant and user-friendly. 7. Budgeting & Investment Planning: Manage the digital tools budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Perform cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives or upgrades to justify investments. We require a resource who has Digital-first mindset and strategically oriented to support the growing needs of Butterfly's digital transformation. This individual will not only lead the implementation of core systems like Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS) but also drive the development of other high-impact initiatives such as the Channel Partner (CP) Portal, SIP (Sales Incentive Platform), and associated digital workflows. Key Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in information technology/any discipline, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital transformation, sales enablement, or application leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, and hands-on experience with platforms such as SFA, DMS, CP Portals, SIP systems, CRM, and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end digital programs with cross-functional collaboration and vendor management. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership. Must be able to manage timelines and deliver results in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
