Job Description:
Position – Permanent Role – Salesforce Support Analyst Experience – 3 – 5 Years Location – Chennai / Bangalore (Work from Office) Responsibilities Provide technical and application support to users by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues. Handle incident management, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. Troubleshoot issues related to SQL queries, data discrepancies, and reporting tools. Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams for effective issue resolution and process improvement. Document issue resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and FAQs for knowledge management. Monitor and maintain application health checks, jobs, and integrations. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring regular updates to stakeholders. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence. Required Skills 3 – 5 years of experience in application or technical support roles. Strong knowledge of SQL, with ability to write and troubleshoot queries. Experience with ITSM tools for ticketing and incident management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with end-users and stakeholders. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Exposure to SSRS or reporting tools for basic report troubleshooting. Experience in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise applications support. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practices. Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation.
