Who You Are You’re a driven sales professional with 1–3 years of experience (bonus points if it’s in SaaS). You’re curious, quick on your feet, and obsessed with understanding what makes customers tick. You want more than just a “job” — you want to make a visible impact in a growth-stage startup where your wins directly move the needle. What You’ll Do Hunt for new opportunities by identifying and connecting with potential clients. Deep-dive into customer needs and challenges to offer tailored, high-value solutions . Build relationships that last — not just close deals, but earn trust. Hit (and smash) your sales targets consistently. Be the go-to growth partner for clients, helping them scale with Zocket’s AI-powered offerings. Partner with internal teams for smooth onboarding and exceptional client experiences. Strategically allocate your time and resources to deliver maximum results. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of proven sales experience (SaaS is a strong plus). Ability to conversate in Hindi is a must have. A customer-first mindset — you listen, empathize, and act with intent. Strong communication and storytelling skills. A track record of setting ambitious goals — and beating them. Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Startup experience? Even better.
