As we open our new store inRS Puram, Coimbatore , we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to take complete ownership of store operations and team leadership.Role & ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end store management covering operations, sales performance, and customer experience Full responsibility for store safety, inventory management, audits, and compliance Hiring, training, and managing store staff; target setting and performance tracking Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs across billing, CRM, stock movement, and store upkeep Handling customer escalations and building long-term relationships with key clients Coordinating with Head Office on merchandising, reporting, and promotions Candidate ProfileMinimum7 years of experience in jewellery retail , with proven store management exposure Strong understanding of jewellery operations, inventory controls, and security protocols Hands-on leader with the ability to build and retain high-performing teams Process-driven, dependable, and customer-centric Compensation & Benefits₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month(based on experience) PF / ESI and all statutory benefits Strong performance-linked incentives Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling, premium jewellery brandLocation:RS Puram, Coimbatore
