About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Pricing & Product Cost Engineering team. This role is pivotal in driving cost optimization through strategic procurement negotiations and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Handle commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement. Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical and commercial requirements. Analyze SAP data to present actionable insights and support decision-making. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation. Prepare and present reports on team progress, challenges, and achievements to management. Candidate Profile:Education:Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production, Automobile). Experience:Minimum 5 - 7 years in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Skills: Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Good experience and knowledge in SAP and MS Excel Ability to handle large datasets and perform data analysis Clear communication and presentation skills. Basic understanding of finance and costing Preferred Attributes: Energetic and self-driven with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Keen interest in manufacturing processes and cost engineering.
