TCS is hiring for Site Merchandiser role !! Experience - 2 - 6 years Shift Timing: 5:30pm IST – 3:30am IST Job Description- This role is responsible for optimizing onsite customer experiences, managing merchandising content, and driving engagement through strategic design and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior analytics, and content management systems, with a passion for delivering high-impact digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement. Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion. 2. Customer Experience Optimization Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points. Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction. 3. Content Management & Web Analytics Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines. Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines. Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution. 5. Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.
