Store Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated team to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of store revenue goals. Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve escalations effectively. Manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising. Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance. Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve store performance. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as Store Manager / Retail Manager (minimum 3–7 years). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation. Knowledge of retail sales, operations, and inventory management. Ability to handle pressure and deliver results.
