Job Title: SAP RE-FX (Real Estate) Location: Chennai/ Madurai Experience: 3-6 years Job Type: Full Time Work Type: Onsite Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Configure and implement SAP RE-FX module in line with business requirements. Analyze business processes related to real estate leasing, contracts, property management, and translate them into SAP functionality. Manage RE-FX master data including business entities, buildings, land, rental objects, contracts, and conditions. Handle contract lifecycle management: inception, changes, renewal, and termination. Integrate RE-FX with SAP FI/CO, PS, PM, and MM modules. Work closely with stakeholders, end users, and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to real estate accounting. Create and maintain documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancement packs, and patch testing for RE-FX. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience with SAP RE-FX implementation and support. Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle and IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance. Experience with lease-in / lease-out contracts, rent adjustments, conditions, and indexation. Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration, particularly in asset accounting and revenue recognition.
