Position:Regional Head / General Manager / Associate Director – Sales & Leasing (South) Location:Chennai Region Covered:Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned commercial real estate professional to lead and execute thesales and leasing strategyfor theSouth India region , driving growth across flexible workspace, managed offices, and enterprise leasing models. The role involves building deep market intelligence, developing landlord and developer partnerships, and leading enterprise negotiations to expand footprint and maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities Drive regional leasing and expansion strategy through direct partnerships with landlords, developers, and key real estate stakeholders. Lead structuring and execution of enterprise, revenue-share, and asset-light model deals tailored to the needs of large occupiers. Own theend-to-end sales lifecycle— from lead generation to client onboarding and space handover — ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction. Manage and optimizeSales P&Lfor the region; focus on long-term, high-yield deals that drive occupancy and sustainable revenue. Negotiate enterprise deals, balancing compliance, risk, customization, and financial viability. Build and maintain high-level relationships withCXOs, CRE heads, CFOs, HR leaders , and industry consultants. Develop and implement account management strategies to retain and grow key enterprise relationships. Collaborate with City/Area Sales Heads and Revenue teams to design and implement growth plans for key markets. Track market trends, competitive pricing, and regional dynamics to refine go-to-market strategy. Work closely with IPCs, DPCs, and local brokers to enhance deal flow and market coverage. Ensure escalations are handled with speed and strategy, maintaining a high bar on customer retention and satisfaction. Key Requirements Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Sales, Real Estate, or Hospitality. Minimum10 years of experiencein commercial leasing, sales, or transaction advisory, preferably with exposure to bothflexible workspace operatorsandinternational property consultancies (IPCs) . Proven ability tostructure and close large-scale corporate real estate transactions . Strong commercial acumen with experience insolution-based salesand stakeholder management at the C-Suite level. Experience working onGCC market transactionswill be considered an advantage. Strong network within the southern real estate ecosystem — including developers, brokers, consultants, and occupiers.
