The position is ideal for experienced professionals with strong communication skills, hands-on rental platform experience, and a comfort level using AI tools to enhance listings and lead engagement.Position: Marketing & Lead Engagement SpecialistExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Chennai / RemoteCore Responsibilities- Post, update, and manage rental listings on MLS, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and Facebook Groups - Edit and enhance listing photos using tools like Google Gemini, Nano Banana, and other AI platforms - Create and refine listing copy, headlines, and descriptions using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) - Respond to inbound leads via email, SMS, and platform messaging - Qualify prospects (budget, timing, location, household size) - Schedule showings for U.S. leasing agents - Track all leads, follow-ups, and appointments in a CRM or shared sheetsRequired Skills- Experience with Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, MLS, or rental portals - Strong written English skills for sales communication, texting, and follow-ups - Comfortable using AI tools for image enhancement and copywriting - Experience with lead follow-up and appointment setting - Ability to work in U.S. time zones
