We’re now expanding our Performance Marketing team in Chennai , where data meets design, and every campaign drives measurable results. Role Overview We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on numbers, optimization, and growth. You’ll manage and scale advertising campaigns across Amazon, Meta, and Google Ads , translating data into actionable insights that boost visibility, conversions, and profitability. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of experience who can independently manage end-to-end ad operations, performance dashboards, and budget optimization. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (Product, Brand & Display) campaigns. Plan and execute ad strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive visibility and conversions. Track and report key metrics including TACOS, ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC . Conduct competitor and keyword analysis to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with the merchandising and design teams to align campaigns with stock levels, promotions, and seasonal launches. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Monitor daily budgets and ensure campaigns deliver efficient returns. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing (Amazon / E-commerce preferred). Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central , Meta Ads Manager , and Google Ads . Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel / Google Sheets . Deep understanding of ad attribution, keyword bidding, and ROI optimization . Creative mindset with a results-driven attitude. Must be based in Chennai and available for full-time on-site work .
