This role will drive global growth initiatives, with a strong focus on the US and EU markets , while building a scalable marketing engine from India. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the global marketing strategy across the US, EU, and India. Lead demand generation, digital, content, and event-led initiatives to build a qualified pipeline. Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for international markets. Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align marketing with business goals. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team in Chennai. Track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure strong ROI. Ideal Profile 8–12 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with proven exposure to US/EU markets . Deep expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing, and digital growth. Strong track record of delivering measurable business impact. Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored for global audiences. Hands-on operator with strategic vision and team leadership experience.
