About Us Founded in 2013, Life & Art Academy is a professional art school offering specialized programs in Fine Arts, Pottery, Sculpting, and Tanjore Painting. Alongside the academy, we have two in-house manufacturing brands – Sara and LA5 Clay – producing premium clays, glazes, and art supplies, sold across India through our e-commerce portals: With a decade of experience in nurturing talent, education, and product innovation, we are now looking to expand our marketing team to amplify our reach. Learn more: The Role We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Marketing / Brand Executive to join our team in Adyar, Chennai. This is a full-time on-site role, working directly with the founders to drive brand presence, promotions, and campaigns for both the academy and our product brands. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing activities to promote Life & Art Academy and its e-commerce brands. Work closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging stories, posts, and reels for social media. Manage day-to-day deliverables by coordinating with internal teams, students, clients, and vendors. Assist in developing creative campaigns, identifying new trends, and brainstorming growth strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through effective servicing and communication. Support event-based marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and student showcases. Core Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity, marketing acumen, and customer service orientation. Problem-solving and crisis management abilities. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 6 months of work experience (internship experience also considered). Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of social media platforms for publishing content. Skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools are a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication in English (knowledge of spoken Hindi is an advantage). Energetic, extroverted, and collaborative team player. Degree not mandatory – passion, creativity, and dedication matter more.
