Marketing, Branding & Communications Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing, Branding & Communications Manager to elevate and manage Blubridge's brand identity across press, media, digital, and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will craft compelling narratives, build media visibility, and connect our research-driven innovations with real-world business solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and implement branding strategies to increase visibility and engagement. Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all platforms with consistency and clarity. Craft compelling stories around Blubridge's AI research, consulting, and innovations. Prepare and release research papers, press kits, media notes, and official communications. Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, newsletters, content creation, and email campaigns. Plan and execute campaigns to boost awareness within AI research and tech communities. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and thought leaders to expand brand reach. Position Blubridge as an AI research company with a consulting edge, helping businesses solve complex problems with applied intelligence. Support events, conferences, and community activities to strengthen brand reputation. Work closely with internal teams to align branding efforts with business goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Provide insights to adapt and innovate branding and communication strategies. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field. Passion for brand-building, media engagement, and marketing communications (experience is a plus but not mandatory for passionate freshers). Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
