Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager at Nuri. The role will be based in Chennai with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Social Media Marketing Manager will manage day-to-day social media marketing operations encompassing brand communication, content creation and strategy, social media optimization (SMO), photo and visual content editing, and comprehensive digital marketing initiatives. This role will also involve event planning, researching market and skincare trends, and executing campaigns that drive brand engagement and sales growth across all social media platforms. Qualifications - Proven skills in Social Media Marketing across all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels - Strong Photo and Visual Content Editing skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, or similar - Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging - Expertise in Content Strategy, Social Media Optimisation (SMO), and managing multi-platform campaigns - Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) techniques to boost online visibility and engagement - Experience in planning and executing digital and physical events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor, report, and optimise campaign performance using data insights - Proactive in researching industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools and methods to keep Nuri ahead of the curve - Demonstrated ability to drive sales through creative marketing campaigns and audience-targeted strategies - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
