We help organizations track, manage, and improve on-field team productivity with real-time insights. Role Overview: We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to take full ownership of our lead generation engine across domestic and global markets. You will be hands-on with paid ad campaigns while strategically guiding outbound and SEO teams to deliver high-quality leads. This role requires both execution skills and the ability to review data, identify bottlenecks, and improve funnel performance from first touch to close. Key Responsibilities: 1. Paid Lead Generation (Domestic & Global) Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Manage budgets and bid strategies to meet CPL and ROI targets. Develop high-conversion ad creatives, messaging, and landing page strategies. 2. Outbound Lead Generation Define targeting criteria, campaign goals, and messaging frameworks for the outbound team. Review prospecting quality, outreach sequences, and conversion metrics. Ensure outbound campaigns align with revenue and market objectives. 3. SEO & Organic Growth Build and maintain the SEO roadmap, including keyword strategy for domestic and international markets. Review content quality, backlink strategies, and ranking performance with the SEO specialist. Ensure SEO efforts contribute directly to lead generation goals. 4. Funnel Ownership & Data Analysis Track the full lead journey in CRM from acquisition to closure. Identify why leads stall or drop and implement solutions. Provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates across all channels. 5. Performance Reporting & Optimization Create and share clear weekly/monthly reports on lead sources, conversion rates, and ROI. Use A/B testing and data-driven decisions to refine targeting, messaging, and offers. Recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, and channel mix. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing for a B2B SaaS brand. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization. Strong understanding of outbound and SEO strategies with the ability to guide and measure their effectiveness. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Freshsales, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Proven track record of delivering quality leads at scale in both domestic and global markets. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Good to Have: Experience managing multi-region campaigns (Southeast Asia, Africa, UAE). Familiarity with CRM tools such as Freshsales, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
