To anchor this initiative, we are establishing astate-of-the-art manufacturing facilityin India with a planned capacity of30–50 million devices annually.Role OverviewWe are seeking anOperations Project Managerto lead theend-to-end setup, commissioning, and operational readinessof our Greenfield manufacturing facility. This role will own the project from site development through successful production ramp-up and has the potential to transition into aSite Leadership rolepost stabilization.Key Responsibilities ✅Greenfield Project Setup & Commissioning Lead full lifecycle: site development, infrastructure, equipment installation, and production readiness. Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance for plant Go Live. Coordinate with architects, vendors, and technology partners. ✅Production & Operations Readiness Establish workflows for injection moulding, high-speed assembly, and packing. Drive capacity planning, shopfloor controls, and throughput optimization. ✅Cross-Functional Coordination Interface across Engineering, Technology, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain. Collaborate with global technology partners for process transfer and localization. ✅Governance & Risk Management Implement project governance, risk registers, and EHS systems. ✅Financial Control & Scale-Up Track operational capex, drive cost control, and support production stabilization. Skills & Competencies Strong background ininjection moulding, high-speed manufacturing, and assembly operations. Hands-on experience inGreenfield setup and production ramp-up. Expertise in equipment installation, utilities, validation, and operational readiness. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Education & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’sin Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field. 15–20 yearsin manufacturing operations with substantial Greenfield experience. Exposure tomedical devicesor regulated industries (automotive, electronics, hardware). Experience in large multinational manufacturing organizations is desirable.Why Join Us?
