Develop and implement production schedules and process improvement initiatives. Maintain strict compliance withhealth, safety, and environmental regulations . Manage and optimizeplant budgets, manpower, and material resources . Lead and mentor ateam of supervisors and technical staffto achieve operational goals. Uphold high standards inquality control, production output, and maintenance . Collaborate with global and regional offices to ensure seamless coordination.
