The Company has year-on-year growth of 23% and eyeing 33% growth in current fiscal year 2025-26. To the growth, Company is looking for “result oriented candidates with drive to get things done”. We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager with over 15 years of expertise in industrial machinery manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role requires strong technical knowledge in machining and fabrication processes, as well as proven leadership in managing large teams and complex projects.Job Description: We are seeking an experiencedProduction Managerto oversee all manufacturing operations for our heavy-duty industrial blowers and fans. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high product quality, and optimize resource utilization to meet customer and company goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets. Supervise and lead production teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Implement and monitor production schedules, workflows, and process improvements. Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality departments to resolve technical or material issues. Oversee operation and upkeep of CNC plasm Cutting , VTLs, Spinning, Rolling , balancing machines, and other shop floor equipment. Control production costs and minimize waste through lean manufacturing practices. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain compliance with ISO, ASME, API, or other applicable standards. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), rejection rates, and production efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/production engineering or related field. Minimum 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial fan/blower production. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools.
