Job Title: Factory Manager Location: Chennai, India (On-site)About the Role: We are seeking an experiencedFactory Managerto oversee manufacturing operations in Chennai. The role involves managing production, quality, safety, inventory, and cost efficiency while leading multi-shift teams.Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day factory operations and production schedules. Drivelean manufacturingand process improvement initiatives. Ensurequality, safety, and regulatory compliance . Supervise and develop production teams, coordinate with HR for manpower planning. Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and optimize operational costs.Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (master’s preferred). 10–15 years in manufacturing management, with 5+ years insenior factory leadership . Experience inheavy engineering/pump manufacturingpreferred. Strong knowledge oflean manufacturing, ISO/ASME standards, and safety management . Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
