Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:- Implementing and maintaining all quality systems as per the guidelines of PVMI. - Maintain quality standards by establishing and enforcing company's standards within plant and third party. - Ensure and maintain safe and clean work environment by educating partners and directing personnel (if any) on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources - Ensuring compliance to FSSAI, legal metrology, exports requirements. - Monitoring of process parameters, defects, CCP/OPRPs, GMP - Implement new projects, determine manufacturing requirements. Drive contract manufacturer capability and capacity evaluation to enable on-time delivery of project and products going forward - Manage schedule, capacity, supply chain flexibility, quality issues and new product updates. Communicate status and risks to management - Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points. - Review of EGA & sharing monthly input to the manufacturing and finance team - Maintaining plant GMP, oversight on FS controls, pest control, adherence to cleaning schedules during shift operations - Lead meetings to ensure that PVMI requirements are well understood and implemented at the production floor. - Take part in the contract development for third party manufacturing by providing inputs for Product specification, infrastructure and process capability - Monitor and review SFG/FG quality checks at the unit. Oversee root cause analysis and offer suggestions on possible solutions, Monitor quality indices MIS - Ensuring education and training on quality and food safety issues for third party employed workers to ensure that employees are aware of the food safety and PVMI requirements. - Coordinating, planning and execution of shift schedule for executives and CLs ensuring shifts are covered efficiently. - Carry out data analysis and build reports and dashboards for reviewsRequired Experience & Qualification:Education: Graduation & above in Food Technology, Dairy Technology.Knowledge: Knowledge on FSSAI, Legal metrology requirements, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, minitab, advanced excelPlant & Machinery used for Food Processing, Power BI, Power Apps (Good to have)Experience: 5 to 8 Years of work experience with minimum 3-year experience in handling teams.
