Toolmaker

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to design, build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in machining, blueprint reading, and working with high-precision equipment. Key Responsibilities: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to fabricate precision tools and dies. Perform maintenance and repairs on existing dies, molds, and fixtures to ensure they meet production standards. Conduct trial runs and adjust tools and dies to ensure proper functioning during production. Collaborate with design and production teams to solve tooling issues and improve manufacturability. Maintain records of tooling modifications and preventive maintenance activities. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in Tool Knowledge, Tool Setting and Drill Insert Knowledge Strong knowledge of metal properties, machining techniques, and heat treatment . Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex tooling and dies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
