Apply a structured legal rubric to assess issue spotting, accuracy, reasoning, and application of law. Identify gaps, edge cases, and blind spots in legal reasoning, helping define benchmarks for legal AI performance across diverse legal systems. Provide detailed, high-quality annotations and written feedback to refine AI models. Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals.Requirements:Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) from an accredited institution in your jurisdiction; Bar admission or equivalent professional qualification (active/inactive, where applicable).3+ years of legal practice or teaching experience within your jurisdiction.Strong reasoning skills across core areas of law within your legal system.Excellent written communication skills in English and strong attention to detail.Project management experience is a plus. Former product counsel experience is a plus.Comfortable with learning how to use new technology.
