Company DescriptionSB Legal is a full service law firm located in Chennai.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate located in Chennai. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements including NDA, MSA, JVs, MSAs, Commercial Contracts, PO, etc, conducting research on legal issues, and providing legal advice. Day-to-day tasks may include analyzing complex legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing documents for court proceedings or client consultations. Collaboration and effective communication within the legal team and with clients will also be key aspects of this role.Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs.30,000 per monthOther expertise- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation - Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and interpret legal matters - Effective Communication skills for client interactions and team collaborationQualification- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (LLB or equivalent certification) - Bar admission and license to practice in the jurisdiction is required - Experience in a legal firm or corporate legal department is preferred
