Job descriptionØ Patent Associates are unique individuals who combine a deep knowledge of a technical area with a good understanding of Patent LawØ We are looking for confident team players with strong technical and analytical skills, who can effectively manage various tasks and responsibilities and prioritize workflow in order to meet strict deadlinesØ This role demands a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of patent lawKey ResponsibilitiesØ Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and toolsØ Analyze and interpret patent specifications, technical literature, and prior artØ Evaluate the patentability, validity, and infringement risks of inventionsØ Work closely with inventors, engineers, and legal professionals to understand the technical aspects of inventionsØ Prepare detailed reports summarizing patent search results and analysisØ Document and maintain accurate records of patents, prior art, and analysisQualifications:Ø Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to grasp new technologies quicklyØ Familiarity with patent laws and regulationsØ Proficient in using patent databases and search toolsØ Analytical mindset with attention to detailØ Strong written and verbal communication skillsØ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamØ Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyØ Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or relevant B.E/B. Tech Degree with good academic record
