Legal Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Associate to join our legal team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent law graduate or a candidate with up to 3 years of experience, including internships. The successful candidate will support the legal department in contract management, legal compliance, and day-to-day administrative tasks, while gaining valuable exposure to corporate legal practices.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision. Assist in ensuring compliance of company operations with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations and regulatory matters. Collaborate with internal departments to collect necessary information for legal documentation. Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system for legal documents and contracts. Provide day-to-day support to the senior legal counsel on ongoing legal and administrative matters. Help track contract milestones, renewals, and other key deadlines.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or Master’s in Law (LL.M) from a recognized institution. 1 –3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment (including internships). Strong interest in corporate law and foundational skills in drafting contracts and agreements. Solid understanding of legal terminology and document formatting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
