If you are passionate about writing clean, efficient code and solving complex programming challenges, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite, review, and optimize high-quality Ruby code for AI and software-related tasks.Debug, test, and improve existing codebases for performance and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical and logical problems.Analyze coding outputs and ensure adherence to best coding practices.Work on code evaluation, validation, and improvement tasks for AI model training and assessment.Maintain clean documentation and follow development standards.Required Qualifications2+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby development.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design principles.Experience with frameworks such as Ruby on Rails is preferred.Familiarity with APIs, databases, debugging, and version control systems like Git.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.Why Join Us?Competitive pay (₹1200/hour).Flexible working hours.Fully remote opportunity.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects with a high-performing team.
