Lead - Celonis Developer

What You Will Do:- Drive end-to-end process mining initiatives using Celonis EMS (Execution Management System) to identify inefficiencies and optimize business processes. - Lead SAP Data Model Migration - migrate and optimize SAP ECC data models already connected to Celonis for compatibility with SAP S/4HANA. - Develop and Maintain Celonis Integrations - build scalable ETL pipelines and connectors using SQL, Python, and Celonis EMS to ensure seamless data ingestion and transformation. - Collaborate Across Teams - work with the client, Celonis, and other 3rd part resources to align technical delivery with business goals. Participate in workshops, demos, and client-facing sessions. - Must have strong understanding and experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures and data migration methods. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data sources, and design effective process mining models. - Develop and deploy data pipelines, process analytics dashboards, and KPIs that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. - Translate business needs into Celonis analyses and automation workflows, enabling data-driven decision-making. - Continuously monitor performance, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend improvement strategies.What You Will Need:- 6+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Celonis or other mining tools like Process Mining, Task Mining, Execution Apps, and Real-Time Data Ingestion. - Strong understanding of process mining methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and business process management (BPM). - Strong Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes for data extraction and transformation. - Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and integrating large-scale business data into Celonis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into meaningful business insights. - Ability to troubleshoot data connections and validate large datasets - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.What Would Be Nice To Have:- Celonis Analyst or Data Engineer certification (or equivalent). - Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or process optimization frameworks. - Familiarity with business domains such as Finance, Procurement, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Supply Chain. - Experience in leading process mining projects or mentoring junior analysts. - Electric utilities and/or Oil and Gas industry experience would be great.-
