Job Title: HRIS Analyst – DayforceLocation: India (Remote / Hybrid) Department: HR Technology Reports To: HRIS ManagerRole OverviewThe HRIS Analyst – Dayforce is a key contributor supporting the organization’s HR technology environment. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role focuses on the support, reporting, and maintenance of the Dayforce HCM platform and related HR systems.This position partners with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to execute system changes within established architecture and governance, ensuring reliable HR operations and accurate data. The role is execution‑focused and operates with defined scope and direction, escalating complex design or architectural decisions to HRIS leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesHRIS System SupportMaintain, and support Dayforce HCM modules based on approved requirements and designsExecute system enhancements, changes, and fixes within defined standards and processesProvide Tier 2/3 support by troubleshooting system and data issues and performing root‑cause analysisSupport system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activitiesIntegrations & InterfacesSupport and monitor existing HRIS integrations, data interfaces, and scheduled jobsAssist with integration issue resolution and coordinate escalations as neededPerform data validation and reconciliation across systemsReporting & Data ManagementBuild, maintain, and enhance standard HR and payroll reports and dashboardsSupport recurring and ad‑hoc reporting requests for HR, Payroll, and business stakeholdersAssist with audits, compliance reporting, and data accuracy initiativesSystem Operations & Change SupportSupport Dayforce vendor releases and SaaS upgrades through testing and regression validationMaintain system documentation, job aids, and operating proceduresFollow established HRIS architecture, security, and governance standardsCollaboration & Project ParticipationPartner with HR, Payroll, and IT to clarify requirements and translate them into system configurationsParticipate in HR technology projects led by HRIS leadershipShare knowledge and collaborate effectively with team membersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience3–5 years of experience in an HRIS, HR Technology, or enterprise systems roleHands‑on experience supporting Ceridian Dayforce HCMExperience with one or more of the following:Dayforce configuration and reportingSupporting integrations (APIs, SFTP, or middleware)HR and payroll data managementSolid understanding of HR processes and employee data lifecycleStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAdvanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, lookups)Clear communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into system updatesPreferred QualificationsExposure to India HR and/or Payroll processesExperience supporting global HR operationsExperience with additional HCM or HR technology platformsHealthcare industry exposureWhy Join UsHands‑on experience with a global Dayforce environmentOpportunity to deepen HRIS and HR technology expertiseCollaborative HR Technology team with clear ownership and supportStable role with well‑defined scope and expectations
