Lead Mobile Engineer (Flutter / iOS / Android)We are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to own the design, development, and scaling of our mobile applications across iOS and Android. You will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture decisions, and hands-on development using Flutter, while ensuring high performance, maintainability, and excellent user experience.This role combines deep technical execution with leadership and ownership. You will work closely with product, design, backend, and AI teams to ship production-grade mobile apps.Technical LeadershipOwn the mobile architecture and technical roadmapMake decisions on frameworks, tooling, and best practicesSet and enforce code quality, performance, and security standardsLead technical reviews and mentor other mobile engineersDevelopmentBuild and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using FlutterIntegrate with backend APIs, databases, and third-party servicesImplement native features when required (Swift / Kotlin)Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and stabilityWrite clean, testable, and well-documented codeCollaborationWork closely with:Product managers to translate requirements into technical solutionsDesigners to implement pixel-perfect UIsBackend engineers on APIs and data modelsParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and deliveryRelease & MaintenanceManage App Store & Play Store releasesMonitor crashes, performance, and user feedbackOwn bug fixing, improvements, and app upgradesEnsure compliance with platform guidelinesRequired Skills & ExperienceMust Have5+ years of mobile development experience3+ years of Flutter (Dart) experience in production appsStrong understanding of:iOS (Swift)Android (Kotlin)Experience shipping and maintaining live appsSolid knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)REST APIs, authentication, state managementGit, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews
