Recruiter (Non-IT)

Company Description We are team of motivated recruiters supporting our clients across Tamilnadu with finding right talents in their locality. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter (Non-IT) located in Chennai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers / clients to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies. Additionally, responsibilities may include maintaining recruiting metrics and reports, coordinating job fairs and career events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring Experience in Recruiting, particularly in Non-IT roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
