Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Conduct remote desktop support and application customization Maintain system performance through monitoring and timely updates Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years in desktop support or related role Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Familiar with voice-logging systems and remote support tools Diploma/BE/B.Tech in ECE/CS/IT/EEE Fluency in English and Tamil Willingness to work in 24x7 shift operations Administer servers and ensure documentation is up to date Manage inventory of hardware/software assets Record technical resolutions and provide performance reports
