This role demands strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering excellent user experiences in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.Job Title: Senior Flutter Developer - Software Development Engineer (SDE) Department: Product Development Experience Level: 5 to 10 Years Location: OMR, Chennai (Near SRP Tools) Job Type: Full-time. Work Environment: Work from the Office. Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (in Chennai) Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of 15 days or less will be given preference. Additional Requirement :Candidates with prior experience in developing trading applications will be given top priority. Interview Process :L1 will be conducted exclusively in a F2F format and the L2 final round will be a virtual mode.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable Flutter mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to define and implement new features. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. Optimize application performance and responsiveness. Ensure the security and privacy of user data in the application. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decisions. Stay updated with Flutter/Dart ecosystem trends, plugins, and advancements.Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7 years of mobile development experience, including solid 3+ years with Flutter/Dart. Proven experience in delivering at least 5-7 Flutter-based apps end-to-end in a production environment. Strong knowledge of state management approaches (e.g., Provider, Bloc, GetX). Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. Proficient in debugging, performance profiling, and application testing. Understanding of native build tools like Android Studio and Xcode. Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools. Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to take complete ownership of modules and deliver with minimal guidance. Experience with backend development or integrating trading/financial APIs is a plus.
