Position – Data Architect Experience: 8+ yearsPosition Overview We are seeking aData Architectwho can understand enterprise data from the ground up and translate it into scalable, reliable, and dynamic designs. The ideal candidate will not only build robust data foundations but also leverageGenerative AI (GenAI)and advanceddata insights frameworksto unlock predictive, actionable intelligence for the enterprise.Key Responsibilities Analyze and understandenterprise-wide data sources , including structured and unstructured datasets. Design and implementdata models and architecturesto support dynamic reporting, advanced analytics, and predictive capabilities. Architectscalable data pipelines, warehouses, and lakehouse solutionswith high performance and reliability. IntegrateGenAI solutionsto generate insights, automate documentation, and enhance data accessibility across the organization. Define and enforcedata standards, governance, security, and compliancepractices enterprise-wide. Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders, data engineers, AI/ML teams, and analyststo ensure alignment of solutions with business outcomes. Create systems to deliverreal-time and batch insights , enabling dynamic dashboards, AI-driven recommendations, and predictive reporting. Drivedata democratizationby making insights consumable for both technical and non-technical teams. Leaddata modernization efforts , including migration from legacy to modern cloud-native platforms. Providetechnical leadership and mentorshipon data, AI adoption, and architecture best practices.Required Skills & Experience Strong foundation inRDBMS design, data modeling, and schema optimization . Advanced skills inSQL(performance tuning, complex queries, analytics functions). Proven experience indata warehouse, data lake, or lakehouse architectures . Proficiency inETL/ELT frameworks and data integration tools(Informatica, Talend, dbt, Glue). Expertise incloud data platforms(AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery, Snowflake). Understanding ofGenAI frameworks (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI)for data generation, automation, and summarization. Knowledge ofdata governance, metadata, lineage, and enterprise data quality practices . Experience withreal-time streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Flink)andbig data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark) . Familiarity withdata science, AI/ML model pipelines , and insight delivery systems. Strong communication skills to presentdata insights and AI-driven recommendationsclearly to executives and business leaders.Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of experience indata architecture, enterprise data strategy, or data modernization programs . Hands-on withAI-driven analytics and GenAI adoption in enterprise environments . Knowledge ofenterprise architecture frameworks(TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK). Prior experience inenterprise applications design with any vertical like financial, healthcare or etc .Expectation Design next-generation enterprise data and AI architectures. Exposure to cutting-edge GenAI platforms to accelerate data insights and innovation. Working in a collaborative environment where vision drives enterprise data strategies.
