Front-End UI/UX Developer

SchoolCues is a fast-growing SaaS-based EdTech company in the education vertical based in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a talented Front-End UI/UX Developer with 4-6 years experience to join our team. In this role, you will transform design concepts into intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver user-centered solutions that enhance our users’ experience.  Required Skills/ Technology Experience Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end web applications.  Translate wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs into functional user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery.  Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine user interactions and ensure design feasibility.  Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design and development improvements.  Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.  Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.  Implement and maintain front-end standards, best practices, and reusable code libraries.  Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.  Stay up to date with emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.  Proven experience developing responsive web interfaces.  Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (jQuery, React, Vue.js, Angular).  Solid understanding of UX principles and UI design patterns.  Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).  Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.  Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Industry   Education Industry experience - preferred
