Job Title:Senior HR Executive – Group Insurance Experience:5 – 7 Years Location:Sholinganallur, Chennai Industry Preference:Insurance / BFSI / Group Health Insurance / Corporate InsuranceJob OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned HR professional with strong experience in the Insurance/BFSI domain, specifically within Group Insurance or Corporate Insurance. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and supporting employee performance and engagement across sales, marketing, and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for insurance advisors, sales teams, marketing, operations, and management-level roles. Source candidates from insurance companies, brokers, TPAs, and employee benefits firms. Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage employee onboarding and training coordination. Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation. Support payroll coordination and overall HR operations. Track and monitor performance metrics for sales and operations teams. Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.Required skills5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in Insurance or BFSI domain. Proven track record in recruiting for management positions as well as diverse roles across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Experience hiring insurance advisors, relationship managers, and corporate sales teams. Basic understanding of health insurance or group insurance processes. Strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and employee management.
